  4. Clients must ensure that project areas are cleared of personal items before work begins. This allows our team to work efficiently and safely.

  5. Payment for completed work must be made within 7 days of the final invoice. Timely payment helps us continue to serve you effectively.

  6. FL HOUSE REMODELING is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or supply shortages.

  7. All warranties and guarantees will be discussed and outlined in the contract. Please review these terms carefully.

  8. Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits unless other arrangements are made in writing.
